You want to:
Understand how your Licence Help wallet works.

Overview

Your Licence Help wallet is designed to make handling payments and bookings simple and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Adding Funds: You can load money into your wallet anytime using your preferred payment option.
  • Paying with the Wallet: When you book a lesson, the cost is automatically deducted from your wallet balance.
  • Top-Ups: If your balance isn’t enough to cover a booking, you can add extra funds before confirming.
  • Refunds & Reversals: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the credited amount goes straight back into your wallet for future use.
  • Balance Check: You can view your wallet balance and full transaction history anytime from your account.

With the wallet system, payments are faster, smoother, and more reliable—so you can stay focused on learning.

Wallet Usage Details

What price will I pay?
The amount charged to your wallet is based on your instructor’s rate at the time of booking. Even if the instructor’s prices increase later, you’ll keep the lower price you locked in. If the instructor lowers their rate afterward, your booking price remains unchanged—giving you stability and peace of mind.

First In, First Out (FIFO) Rule
The wallet works on a FIFO basis (First In, First Out). This means the oldest credits in your account are always used first, ensuring none of your balance goes to waste and keeping things easy to track.

Bonus Credits
If you qualify for a discount, the reduced amount is credited to your wallet as bonus credits.

Example:

  • Instructor’s rate: $100/hour
  • You purchase 10 hours with a 10% discount
  • You pay $900, and $100 is added as bonus credit

When booking, your payment is split between your cash and bonus credits in proportion.

Example:

  • Lesson cost: $100/hour
  • $90 is deducted from your cash balance
  • $10 is deducted from your bonus credit balance

This way, you benefit from your discount every time you book.

Please note: Only the money you add to your wallet is refundable. Bonus credits from discounts or promotions are non-refundable and must be used toward future bookings—helping you save more as you continue your learning journey.
