Overview
Licence Help is an online booking service. Each time you make a purchase, you’ll automatically receive a payment receipt by email.
Here’s how it works:
- We collect your payment at the time of booking and hold it securely until your lesson is completed.
- Once the lesson is finished, the full payment is transferred to your driving instructor.
Because every instructor is an independent operator, and some are registered for GST while others are not, Licence Help cannot issue tax invoices on their behalf.
To get a tax invoice, you’ll need to request it directly from the instructor after your booking has been completed.
Please note: Since you can switch instructors at any time, invoices can only be requested for lessons you’ve already taken.
