How to fix a payment error

You want to:
Resolve a payment error where a payment was made more than once.

Overview

Occasionally, duplicate payments can happen—often within just a few minutes of each other. If this happens, don’t worry, we have you covered.

You have two options:

  1. Keep the extra credit – The additional amount will stay in your Licence Help wallet and can be used anytime within 24 months.
  2. Request a refund – We can return the extra payment to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you’re happy to keep the extra credit, no action is needed. If you’d prefer a refund, simply submit a support request and our team will arrange it for you.
