- You are a learner using the Licence Help booking system.
- You want to cancel a driving lesson at least 24 hours before it begins.
Overview:
Licence Help is designed to give learners maximum flexibility when managing their schedules. We know that plans can change.
With Licence Help, you can cancel a booking online free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson start time. When you cancel, the lesson credit is immediately returned to your Licence Help wallet. All lesson credits remain valid for 24 months.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the lesson start time, you can still do so online, but it will be recorded as a late cancellation.
How to cancel a booking with your instructor (24 hours before the lesson):
Step 1. Log in to your learner account.
Step 2. From your Dashboard, scroll down to the Bookings section.
Step 3. Use the dropdown menu to select Upcoming.
Step 4. Find the lesson you wish to cancel and click on the Booking #.
Step 5.
Select Modify Booking.
Step 6.
You’ll see two choices — click Cancel (Reschedule Later).
Step 7.
A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Cancel Booking to finalize the cancellation.Step 8.
You’ll then see an on-screen confirmation, and you’ll be redirected back to your Dashboard
