The Licence Help platform makes it easy to search, compare, and book a driving instructor in your area. Simply use the search tool to enter your pickup location and transmission type.
Once your search is complete, a pricing table will be displayed, summarising the lowest hourly rates available in your area. Each instructor’s profile also shows their individual price range. All instructors partnered with Licence Help are independent operators, meaning they set their own rates.
Licence Help also provides discounts when booking 6 or more hours of lessons in one purchase. These discounts are clearly shown in the pricing table and apply to all instructors. The savings are automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
How to view and understand pricing ranges
Step 1.
From the Licence Help homepage, enter your pickup location in the search bar and click Search.
A pricing table will appear at the top of the page, and each instructor’s profile will display their respective price range.Step 2.
Click View Profile on any instructor to see more detailed information about their services and pricing
On each driving instructor’s profile, you will find their individual pricing details clearly listed.
To help you select the best instructor for your needs, we recommend considering the following:
- Read their bio to learn more about them
- Check their vehicle details
- Review their overall rating and latest learner feedback
- Look at their service area map to confirm pickup and drop-off locations
- Check their real-time availability to ensure their schedule works for you
Important
Licence Help provides driving lessons across Australia, including most major cities, with one of the most flexible booking systems available:
- You can reschedule or cancel any booking online up to 24 hours before the lesson starts
- You can switch instructors at any time, with access to one of the largest instructor networks in the country
- If you change instructors, any new lesson credits will need to be purchased at the new instructor’s rates
